What membership packages does Muto have?

Currently, Muto offers 2 membership packages: free and premium.

How can I update my membership?

Your membership can be updated very swiftly in the application. Follow below steps: 

1. Go to "Settings".

2. Click on "Subscription & billing".

3. Then click on "Upgrade" or "Change plan" and follow the steps to finalize your upgrade.

How do I know if my membership had been updated?

When you have followed all the steps for the upgrade, you will be redirected to the "Subscription & billing" page. There you can see under "current plan" that your membership had been changed.

Where can I submit the invoicing details?

There is no need to submit invoicing details. If our administrative department is missing any billing information, we will contact you. 

When will I receive the first invoice?

All invoices are sent at the beginning of each month. 

The first invoice amount will be calculated on a prorated basis. This means you only pay the usage as of activation date.

For example: your account is upgraded on the 16th of January, the highest number of employees with active assignments is 60 and you pay €2 per employee with (an) active assignment(s). The following calculation will be done for your first invoice: 

 

Will my data get lost after the upgrade?

Your data will remain intact in your account, even after upgrading from a free membership. You can effortlessly proceed to add employees and assign tasks to assets without any interruptions.
