How do I import or create an new invoice?
In this section you can find the steps on invoice creation & import.
How to create a new invoice
- Click on Finance -> Invoices
- Click on "+ Add invoice"
- Complete all Invoice details. All fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.
- Click on “Add invoice”
Tip: You can use the advanced filtering options to filter or search for invoices.
How to import invoices
- Click on FInance -> Invoices
- Click on "Import Invoices"
- You can either import via connections or Import via Templates
- Import via connections
- Click on the connections where you would like to import the invoice data from. (You can ask your Supplier to give the import data file)
- Upload the data file by dragging it into the designated area or clicking to select the file.
- Click on 'Start Import'
- Import via Templates
- Scroll down and click on "Invoice Import"
- Download the template file to ensure all columns are correctly formatted.
