How do I import or create an new invoice?

How to create a new invoice

  1. Click on Finance -> Invoices
  2. Click on "+ Add invoice"
  3. Complete all Invoice details. All fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.
  4. Click on “Add invoice”

Tip: You can use the advanced filtering options to filter or search for invoices.

How to import invoices

  1. Click on FInance -> Invoices
  2. Click on "Import Invoices"
  3. You can either import via connections or Import via Templates
    1. Import via connections
      1. Click on the connections where you would like to import the invoice data from. (You can ask your Supplier to give the import data file)
      2. Upload the data file by dragging it into the designated area or clicking to select the file.
      3. Click on 'Start Import'
    2. Import via Templates
      1. Scroll down and click on "Invoice Import"
      2. Download the template file to ensure all columns are correctly formatted.
      3. Upload the data file by dragging it into the designated area or clicking to select the file.
      4. Click on 'Start Import'
